Course Overview

Managing Safely for Wind Power is the first tailored course for the renewables sector, developed in conjunction with industry experts. It tackles safety from a management decision making perspective and focuses on operational issues facing companies operating in the wind power industry. It is designed for site owner-operators, OEMs, O&M contractors and contracting companies working in this emerging and high consequence sector.  The course is suitable for those working on and off shore.

Developed by regenerateTM, ARMSA's R&D brand and methodology, this course enables you and your staff to challenge perceptions of risk in this emerging sector through active learning. It also equips delegates with skills and techniques to manage and conduct their work safely and competently through effective decision making.
As a consequence, companies and their people will be equipped to deal with problems and issues in a well informed and competent manner.

The IOSH Managing Safely for Wind Power will be delivered using a combination of live online sessions and some individual offline work. The online sessions are designed to be engaging and fully interactive, so ensure that you have a camera and microphone available to participate.

Below is the timetable of live online sessions. Please diarise all the time slots as participation is mandatory.

We look forward to welcoming you on this course!
