Course Overview
Delivered by actors/facilitators we explore different and thought-provoking character viewpoints representing diverse attitudes to working through Covid-19.
Illustrating a cross-section of workplace roles and levels, the viewpoints portrayed can encompass a range of beliefs, perceptions and emotions including pragmatism, cynicism, anxiety, and determination.
Our approach is to enable a shift in understanding and mindset which will influence behaviours and practices in the workplace. Participants will gain insights into and understanding of the human factors involved and consider how this applies to them and their role at work.
This workshop enables your people to navigate the challenges, emotions and protocols involved in returning to work through the Covid-19 pandemic.
Suitable for all levels, Theatre at Work overcomes a key challenge in the important culture change of adapting to Covid-19 working; we encourage buy-in from your teams and support supervisors and managers in influencing others.
Using the power of film and virtual theatre to engage, this interactive workshop explores the human side of returning to work and the attitudes and emotions involved.
The session challenges thinking and generates insights into individual differences and responsibility using a dramatised case-study.
Participants will consider application to their role and how they can create and sustain an effective culture at work throughout Covid-19.
