Course Overview
“I completed an Executive Coaching programme with Ina Mulrooney and both the course itself and Ina’s coaching style and delivery were excellent. Ina has an amazing ability to help you find clarity and bring a renewed focus towards reaching your goals. The benefits of this programme will last a lifetime. Ina has subsequently coached a number of people in our organisation in both development and management coaching programmes, and the feedback from staff has been excellent. I would highly recommend Ina Mulrooney’s coaching programmes" Brendan Heneghan, Ionic Consulting
The focus of Ina's coaching interventions relate to specific organisational and role dynamics, business successes and challenges, as well as personal and professional development goals.

Using strong analytical skills and developing trust-based relationships, Ina will explore emergent themes with clients to help them identify how best to enable and sustain their change agenda and development priorities.

In identifying how to optimise executive clients’ effectiveness and leadership within their organisations, Ina will explore your style, preferences, skills, modes of communicating, decision making, problem solving, and tendencies under pressure in the context of your business strategy, role requirements and stakeholder expectations.
