Course Overview

The aim of this course is to provide you with the knowledge and skills to be able to apply the methodology, tools and techniques to manage projects throughout their life cycle.

Course Trainers

Brian Cleere
BEng, CEng, MIEI, MIStructE, Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP

Brian is a commercially focused project manager and trainer with extensive experience and strong client and stakeholder management expertise.

Over the past 20 years, Brian has successfully managed over 250 projects incorporating relocation and change, infrastructure, BPI and financial records.

Brian brings the wisdom of his project management experience to his training.

He is an experienced and certified trainer and has worked with hundreds of delegates to achieve their certifications.

In addition to his extensive experience, Brian is a certified Prince 2 Practitioner in addition to holding the highly coveted Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential awarded through the Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI).
