  to a free all-island event from 2-5pm on the 22nd of June in the Clayton 
 Liffey Valley\, Dublin.\nThe event is kindly sponsored by Statkraft and Gr
 een Tech Skillnet and focuses on the importance of behavioural safety.\nDu
 e to the nature of the event we would like to encourage members to circula
 te this invitation internally across all levels of their company. We are a
 iming for a blend of site based non safety professionals and safety profes
 sionals to attend\, and particularly urge attendance from staff who spend 
 a large portion of their time on sites such as site foremen\, construction
  workers\, technicians\, electricians\, drivers and surveyors.\nWEI and RN
 I members can also register non-members to attend by simply including thei
 r name\, email address and company name in the registration email.\nIt pro
 mises to be a great introduction to and refresher on behavioural safety. T
 he afternoon will begin with presentations from guest speakers from the HS
 A and the wind industry\, followed by a behavioural safety workshop perfor
 med by Theatre at Work\, based on the true and tragic story of a young man
  who lost his life within hours of starting a new job.  Through this works
 hop we will:\n• Explore the importance of a safe system of work\, highligh
 ting the value of safe practices\n• Gain insights into complacency\, risk 
 perception and the human factors at play in every workplace\n• Encourage r
 esponsibility for individual actions in creating and maintaining a culture
  of safety\n&nbsp\;\n“WEI’s Safety Policy forum is the must attend safety 
 event for any company involved in renewable energy\, no matter what aspect
  of renewable energy you work in. The agenda is relevant to all people wor
 king in renewables and the audience typically ranges from site-based staff
  including site managers and technicians to safety professionals and more 
 office-based staff including engineers\, lawyers and the CEOs of some of I
 reland’s biggest renewable companies. This event has an all-island agenda 
 and is free to attend and is open to both WEI members and non-members - WE
 I and RNI members can also register non-members to attend by simply includ
 ing their name\, email address and company name in the registration email.
  It provides excellent insights into safety and a chance to meet a wide ra
 nge of people from across the renewables sector to share experiences and b
