Cohort 4 of Wind Energy Ireland and Green Tech Skillnet's Graduate & Career Development Programme (GCDP) is now taking shape. If you have young staff you want to see grow and connect with others across the industry, now’s the time to secure their place.
So far, the GCDP has supported 65 professionals from 17 companies, helping them build real sector knowledge, develop essential soft skills, and grow strong networks with peers and industry leaders.
Key details:
- Runs: 19th September 2025 – May 2026
- Format: Two Fridays per month, combining in-person and online sessions
- Access: Includes all three WEI conferences and expos, plus the chance to present on the main stage at our Annual Conference
- Cost: €4,000 for WEI members
The GCDP is designed to give graduates and early-career staff practical experience and confidence they can bring straight back to their role and how they approach it. Giving managers peace of mind that your people are getting high-quality, structured training and exposure to the wider industry.
